If you bought cinema tickets and they are not a redeemable voucher, you will need to contact the Customer Services of the cinema where you bought your tickets.

Firstly, be sure to check your Spam, Promotions or Other folders, as sometimes your booking confirmation may end up there.

In order for our team to quickly locate your purchase, please try to provide as much information as possible about it such as: your name and email address, the name of the event, the date and time of the session, the venue, etc.
The buyer may not make use of the right of withdrawal by virtue of what is specified in exception l) of Article 103 of the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users: ‘The supply of accommodation services for purposes other than as a dwelling, transport of goods, car rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance’.
