Shark Dive Xtreme

Penguin Passport

In this 45-minute tour, you will see the icy wonderland where the King and Gentoo penguins live. During your encounter, you'll join keepers on-the-ice for a playful enrichment session and go behind-the-scenes to see how they care for the colony.

Private Dining

Melbourne’s only underwater dining experience is here! Open to guests of all ages, the Private Dining packages include a self-guided tour of the aquarium, a three-course dinner and a two-hour beverage package.

Jelly Lab Experience

The newest experience on the aquarium, it will take you for a journey behind the scenes to meet one of the most mysterious creature. You will get to know all about them and even be able to feed them!

How to Get There

Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium address:  King Street corner, Flinders St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia

  • Train: you can get the traian to either Flinders or Southern Cross train stations and then Sea Life Melbourne is a five minute walk away.  
  • Tram: there is a tram stop located on Flinders Street, which is directly in front of Sea Life Melbourne. The stop services routes 70 and 75, as well as the FREE City Circle Tram. 
  • Free Shuttle Bus: you can catch the bus from Legoland Discovery Centre to Chadstone. 
  • Car: there is not a car park at the attraction itself but you can park nearby in one of Melbourne’s public car parking facilities: 222 Flinders Lane, only 240m from Sea Life 

Useful Information

Food and Drinks

There are plenty of places to eat and drink at Sea Life Melbourne. Catch a quick coffee at Crocs Cafe, located in the Rainforest area, or enjoy a sit down meal at the Adventures Cafe. However, please note that the Croc Cafe only operates when the Adventures Cafe is closed.  

Gift Shop

There is also a Gift shop which is made of repurposed materials and offers an array of exciting eco-friendly products!
